Alutitan

Alutitan has chosen us as a partner to start the Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation project from a legacy Microsoft Dynamics Navision installation. The implementation affected all Business Areas (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing), all previous customisations were redesigned and developed in Business Central.

The project started at the beginning of 2021, and the go-live took place in May 2022, including the roll-out of other companies such as Tecnoal, with the same core model and implementing the specific processes of various realities.

The project is currently live, and is managed through an AMS support contract.

The customer was responsible for the approval of the technical analysis document (TDD) and user acceptance tests (UAT) preparatory to go-live activities.
We took care of the implementation at the technical level, respecting the solution specifications described in the TDD, and the supervision and support of the resources in the execution of the UATs.
Our team consists of a project manager, two stream leaders (one finance and one supply chain and contract management) and a team of three developers. The client team consists of an internal project manager and a key user for each business unit.
