A synonym of charm and seduction for half a century, MABU’ Ma Boutique De Luxe It continues to stand for the new frontier of wellness and beauty: competence, quality, courtesy, professionalism and continuous updating are the strong points to accompany customers in discovering products of the best brands within their network of shops, present in Sicily and in Rome.

With the former partner, they implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 with LS Retail verticalisation. After the system came into production, and not satisfied with the assistance provided, they identified us as the new travelling companion they were looking for. In complement to centralising the entire user support phase and AMS, we implemented the management of e-invoicing flows that were still being done manually, integrating TeamSystem’s FE system, and installed our warehouse app for managing the e-commerce part of the warehouse.

The interaction between NAV and several external systems is under development:

Thanks to all these innovations, and taking full advantage of the technologies provided by Microsoft, we were able to achieve important and tangible benefits in terms of efficient workflows and reduced workload for employees.
